JOB TITLE: BLOW MOLDING SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR
JOB LOCATION: IRAQ
MISSION: AMD needs a highly skilled and motivated Blow Molding Systems HANDS ON advisor that is a cut above the rest. AMD operates 6 water bottling facilities for the US Military in Iraq. AMD has offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kuwait, and Iraq and employs individuals from the US, Canada, Australia, Romania, Mexico, India, the Philippines, and Kuwait.

REPORTING TO: Regional Maintenance Manager
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Insure efficient and safe Sipa and support equipment operations.
- Provide continuous mechanical / electrical technical support for all Sipa Technicians
- Provide hands on and classroom Technical training as required.
- Provide Preventative Maintenance training for all Sipa’s and related support equipment.
- Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting training for all plants as required.
- Participate with parts ordering and inventories as required.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Daily equipment performance monitoring throughout 6 bottling facilities.
- Develop Junior and Senior Technicians in proper troubleshooting mechanical and electrical techniques.
- Insure proper operation Blow Mold operations to minimize plant interuptions.
- Verify proper preventative maintenance.
- Insure proper parts inventories are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Complete comprehensive understanding and hands on experience with Sipa and auxiliary support equipment including material handling systems, material desiccant dryers to -60 dew-point, 40 bar air compressors, chillers, etc.
- Minimum of 7 years hands on Sipa Linier Blow Mold experience in a food or bottling plant (FDA regulated).
- Annual Sipa rebuild experience.
- Ability to teach / train in the field and in a classroom environment.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Strong electrical and mechanical trouble shooting abilities with above equipment.
- Siemens PLC and operator interface troubleshooting a MUST.
- Strong preventative maintenance background. (CMMS)
- Parts ordering and inventory experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detailed oriented.
- Bottled water experience a PLUS
