Basic Function:
Administers statewide Infra structure/highway planning, design, construction, and maintenance projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administers all Infrastructure projects acquired by the Company in terms of operation from date of signing contract with client till handling over the projects.Contacts with Client representatives to assure good relations with Client and his Staff.Contracts with Authorities representatives who are in-charge with Company’s Infra Projects for better co-ordination and good relation and cooperation.Look ahead planning and prediction for Infra Projects for at least six months ahead for each project.Seeking opportunities for new Infra Project with new Clients.Receiving reports from P&E Manager and coordinate wit him for better equipment performance and strategy.Follow Asphalt Plants production and laying with P&E Manager.Conducting all required approvals to get work done as per Company’s Policy for all Infra Projects.Coordinates meetings with all Divisions Manager for better performance and optimization of Company’s resources.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited University with a Master degree in engineering, plus A minimum of seven years project engineering experience, or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
